BASIC BREATHWORKS
It's a three-week foundation course in which you will devout one week each to learn Correct Breathing, Breath Awareness and Conscious Breathing.

BASIC YOGA
This is for learning basic yoga practices It includes physical, breathing and mental exercises based on the ancient yoga. It is a great tool to take care of your physical mental emotional and spiritual health. This module is designed in such a fashion that it can be customized for all age groups. It includes 15 sessions in a month.

LEARNING MEDITATION
Meditation is for taking care of your total health. Meditation is the only tool available to take control of your mind in totality. This module includes all the basics required to learn and deepen the meditation. It also teaches what is meditation? Why is meditation required? And how to meditate?
10 sessions (Minimum)
Time: 1 hour per session / per head

Each session is for 1 hour and the programme fees is Rs. 750/- only (Per session / per head).
