No age bar. It’s for all age groups from enthusiastic kids to the most experienced senior citizens.

Healthy body, personal awakening and transformation of body, mind and spirit.

What about the programmes?

There are three types of programmes

  1. BASIC BREATH WORKS
    It’s a three-week foundation course in which you will devout one week each to learn CORRECT BREATHING, BREATH AWARENESS AND CONSCIOUS BREATHING.
    5 day a week with every session lasting 45 minutes (15 sessions)
  2. ADVANCED BREATH WORKS
    This is a three weeks advanced programme in which you will deepen your practices to hasten your all round progress.
    (15 sessions)
  3. CONTINUAL BREATH WORKS
    This is a refresher programme that puts you in touch with the practices and deepens them.
    (5 sessions)

Besides the above programmes you can benefit from the various holistic packages offered for specific conditions.

EACH SESSION IS OF 45 MINUTES DURATION AND YOUR INVESTMENT IS
RS 1500/= PER SESSION PER PERSON.

How much time required after going through the basic programme for practising daily

To start with minimum 30mins a day of practice is required and then slowly it gets incorporated into your daily life.

How long you need to do?

As long as you want to be joyous, happy and want to transform your body and mind leading finally to internal awakening.

Is it based on scientific evidence?

It is very much based on scientific and medical research. It’s a combination of the science and art of breathing and based on the well known teaching techniques given by our ancient Yogis /Masters

When during the day it can be done?

Once you have learnt the art of breathing it can be done anytime and anywhere.

What all is included apart from the breathing techniques?

It will include a package of warm up exercises (suksham vyayam) which will take care of each and every joint and muscles in the body and few exercises (asanas). They are going to help in deepening the practises.

Where can the programmes be taken up?

At present at the office at…… and group programmes can be taken up any where in and around delhi.

How soon I can feel the benefits

Almost as soon as u start doing it with full awareness. During the basic programme itself the benefits are felt and will deepen with the practice.

How it will help in my spiritual practices specially meditation?

It helps by taking care of the thoughts and making the mind one pointed. This one pointedness helps in increasing the quality of meditation.

Will it help in controlling my emotions?

Yes by giving access to the various faculties of the brain it becomes much easier to take care of emotions like anger,love etc.

Does conscious breathing help in increasing the concentration?

Yes by taking care of the thought processes and making mind restful and concentrated. As a result of it the quality of work including studies increases tremendously.

I am obese will I be able to do?

Yes if you are very obese it can be taken care, by changing the posture used for doing the breath works, so that the diaphragm is free to breath and you enjoy the benefits.

Does it help in diseases like high bp, asthma, stress, sinusitis etc.?

All these are psychosomatic disorders and just learning the proper way of breathing is good enough to take care of all these conditions which cause DIS EASE.

Being a student is it of any help to me?

Yes breath awareness leads to tremendous increase in concentration, helping students to not only improve the quality of their work but excel in their favourite subjects.
